The Artist reserves rights to any and all works that the Artist creates in providing the service.

This includes the right to publish the finished work/s on the Artist’s social media to promote the service.

Works created in providing the service are solely intended for noncommercial use unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with the Artist.

For example, this means they are prohibited from being reproduced as physical or digital merchandise or as a part thereof, used as branding or promotional material, or as a part thereof, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with the artist.

For another, this means they are prohibited from use as concept, visual development, or design work, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with the artist.

However, the designation of "commercial use" is not limited to the aforementioned examples.

Such works are prohibited from being resold to third parties unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with the Artist.

Such works are prohibited from involvement with any form of blockchain technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, and any future endeavors in blockchain technology.

The Client may upload or publish on social media, with written credit to the Artist, a watermarked version of the image (preferably with a resolution lower than 75% of the original size).

1) Upon being contacted by the Client about the service/a potential commission, and after discussing and agreeing upon with the Client the fee to be paid, the Artist either accepts or declines the commission.

2) If the Artist accepts the commission, the Artist shall send an invoice through Paypal for the commission to the Client;

2a) if the total amount due is less than 100 USD, the Client must pay 100% of the aforementioned fee before the Artist can start work on the commission.

2b) If the total amount is more than 100 USD, the Client must pay at least 50% of the aforementioned fee before the Artist can start work on the commission.

2c) If the Client does not make the invoiced payment within 48 hours since receiving the invoice, the commission shall be considered cancelled.

3) Upon receiving the invoiced payment, the Artist then discusses with the Client further details on the commission, such as but not limited to: collecting references, deciding on poses or sketches/thumbnails provided by the Artist.

3a) Should the Client change their mind on getting a commission after already paying, but before a thumbnail has been finalized, they are entitled to a refund of the amount they already paid.

4) Once a sketch/thumbnail has been finalized and agreed upon, further work begins.

4a) The Client understands that, and agrees, after the thumbnail has been finalized, that should they change their mind on getting the commission, the amount already paid can no longer be refunded.

4b) The Client may ask for updates and request minor revisions at any time during the process. The Artist will aim to provide updates every 3 to 5 days.

4c) Should the Client request a major revision, such as a change in character pose, or total composition of the piece, after the thumbnail has been finalized, the Artist reserves the right to charge an additional fee (the amount of which will depend on the progress already made on the work/s) for said revision.

5) Once the commission is complete, the Artist shall provide a preview in a significantly smaller resolution (about 25% or less of the original size) and with a heavy watermark.

6) Upon full payment for the service, the Artist provides the work/s in its/their full resolution without a watermark. The Client understands, and agrees, that they shall not receive the non-watermarked work in full resolution without first paying the remaining 50% of the fee, and any additional fees in the case that they requested major revision.

The Artist reserves the right to refuse service/decline the commission without explanation.

The Client understands that any and all works created in providing the service are only digital files/copies, and that there will be nothing requiring shipment.

The Client understands that, unless requested, discussed and agreed upon before partial payment, there shall be no specific deadline for completion, as different works require varying turnaround times.

The Client understands that these terms are subject to change at any time, and that only the version of the terms that the Client agreed to at the time of their commission will apply to them. (ie. Changes to the terms during said commission will not apply.)

Human/oids - such as humans, Kemonomimis/humanoids with animal traits, fantasy character races such as tieflings, orcs. Fine with drawing various body types.

Furry/Anthro - more specialized in bipedal anatomy styles, but can do naga/centaur-like anatomy with proper reference.

Backgrounds/Environments of varying complexity.

Something outside of character commissions - see this section!

Fan Art - this largely depends on the specific fandom, characters, ships and so on.

Body Horror - this depends on the specific type and extent.

Violence, Blood, and Gore - this depends on the extent; i won't be able to draw the likes of visible organs or blood splattered everywhere.

Real People - this depends on factors such as: if it's fan art of a celebrity or internet pesonality, or if it's a piece of featuring one's self or one's loved one, and so on.

Feral/Quadrupedal Creatures - this largely depends on factors such as: "style" complexity for the piece, design complexity, and so on.

NSFW/Explicit Sexual Content - nudity of adult characters doesn't necessarily count, and i don't mind drawing nipples and/or genitalia, especially in cases of: artistic/tasteful nudity, or for character reference sheets.

Mechas - at most i may be able to draw partials, such as cybernetic or mechanical prosthetics (for example, Fullmetal Alchemist Automail), or wearable technology. As such I don't feel as confident about my ability to draw the likes of say, Transformers or Warframe characters.

Incest; Minor/Adult Ships, or ships with significant age gaps involving a minor

3a) If a sketch is not finalized and agreed upon within 48 hours after payment, the commission will be put on hold until contact with the Client resumes.

3b) Once the Client has already paid for this type of commission, they are only entitled to a refund if the Artist is unable to complete (a) piece/s within the specified turnaround period of 1 week after (a) sketch/es has/have been finalized and agreed upon.

4) Once (a) sketch/es has/have been finalized and agreed upon, further work begins within 48 hours. The Client shall be notified of when the Artist will start.

4a) The Client may ask for updates and minor revisions, such as color adjustments or expression changes, during the process. The Artist will aim to provide updates as they work on the piece/s.

4b) Due to the nature of this type of commission, major revisions, such as substantial design changes such as hairstyle or horn shape, after sketch finalization are unable to, and thus will not be, entertained.

5) Once the work/s is/are complete, the Artist shall provide a preview in a significantly smaller resolution (about 25% or less of the original size) and with a heavy watermark.

5a) 1 round of final, minor revisions per work is available once the work/s is/are complete. No further revisions can be made after it is availed of. It can no longer be availed of once the Client has expressed approval, and the Artist has provided the work/s in its/their full resolution without a watermark.

6) After the Client approves of the finished work/s, or after any final revisions are made, the Artist provides the work/s in its/their full resolution without a watermark.

The Artist reserves the right to refuse service/decline the commission without explanation.

The Client understands that these terms of service only apply to the specified type of commission ("Winter Rapid Commission") and no other.

The Client understands that any and all works created in providing the service are only digital files/copies, and that there will be nothing requiring shipment.

The Client and the Artist both understand that, excluding the time taken to make final revisions, there shall be a turnaround time of 1 week, and the Client is entitled to a full refund for any and all works not yet completed within that time period. Refunds will not be issued for any and all works completed within the specified turnaround time. Refunds will not be issued in cases where final revisions cause the completion of works to spill over the specified turnaround time.

The Client understands that these terms are subject to change at any time, and that only the version of the terms that the Client agreed to at the time of their commission will apply to them. (ie. Changes to the terms during said commission will not apply.)
